Bring us one process

Three questions. That is the whole form.

No fields about company size, budget, or "how did you hear about us." The three things below are the three things a partner needs to decide, within two working days, whether we should be in a room together.

Fields marked * are required.

01 · The process

Name it the way your people do, "claims intake," "the month-end close," "prior auth." If it's the one you least want to talk about, even better.

02 · The number

Cycle time, cost per case, days to close, percent resolved: the metric that matters. If you don't know it yet, say so: finding it is the first thing we do together, and the map is yours either way.

03 · The room
Who will be in the room?

Our working quorum is the chief executive or P&L owner, the CFO, and one system owner. Tick what's true today, honesty here saves everyone a meeting.

Goes to a partner, not a pipeline.

What happens next: within two working days, a reply from a partner: a yes, a no, or exactly what we'd need to say yes. Never a sequence, never a nurture track.

And if we're not the right firm for this, we'll say so in the first call, politely, and in writing.
