Privacy
Written to be read, not survived. The short version is below, the detail follows, and one address answers all of it. Last updated 15 August 2026.
The short version
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no advertising model here to fund.
Client data is never used to train models or systems for another client. Patterns contributed to our own library are de-identified by contract.
No advertising trackers and no third-party profiling. Only what the site needs to work, plus privacy-respecting analytics where enabled.
Privacy, security, accessibility and legal requests all go to trust@futurify.ai and are answered by someone accountable for the answer.
The detail below governs. The summary above is how we would explain it in a meeting, and we hold ourselves to both.
The detail
This notice is issued by futurify AI Pte. Ltd., the entity behind futurify.ai and the controller for the personal data described below. Inside a client engagement we act as processor on that client's instructions instead, which the entry on client engagement data sets out.
If you contact us or submit a form, we process the contact details and the message you provide. Our website records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles.
Enquiry data is processed to respond to you and to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning website. Where we rely on consent, such as optional analytics, you can withdraw it at any time.
Personal data processed inside a client engagement is governed by the agreement with that client. In those engagements futurify AI Pte. Ltd. acts as a processor on the client's instructions, under a data processing agreement that sets out purpose, duration, security measures and sub-processors. Client data is never used to train systems for any other client.
If you apply to join us, we process the work and details you send in order to assess your application and to contact you about it. We keep unsuccessful applications for a limited period in case a better-suited role opens, and you can ask us to delete them sooner.
Enquiry correspondence is retained while the relationship is live and afterwards for the period required by law or legitimate business need. Technical logs are retained for a short, defined period. Engagement data is retained and deleted according to the client agreement.
Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, scheduling and analytics, each under contract and only for the purposes we specify. We do not sell or rent personal data. Where an engagement requires sub-processors, the current list is available to clients on request.
We operate across eleven countries. Where personal data moves between them, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and, where a client requires it, data residency commitments that keep specified data in a specified jurisdiction.
Controls are maintained under an ISO/IEC 27001 certified information security management system, with SOC 2 attestation and PCI DSS controls where engagements require them. Access is least privilege and time bound. Details are on our trust and security page.
This site sets only what is required to function, plus privacy-respecting analytics where enabled. No advertising cookies are set. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to anything on this site.
Depending on where you live, you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Exercising these rights costs nothing and will never affect how we deal with you. Write to trust@futurify.ai and we will respond within the period the law allows, usually sooner.
Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, security reviews and legal notices all reach futurify AI Pte. Ltd. at trust@futurify.ai. Use a clear subject line and it routes immediately to whoever should answer it.
If we get something wrong, tell us first and we will say what we changed. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority at any time.
Changes
We update this notice as our practice changes and publish the current version here with the date it took effect. Where a change materially affects how we handle personal data, we say so plainly rather than relying on you to notice.
